On Tuesday, July 19, select employees sat in on dog de-escalation and some human de-escalation training by Hector Hernandez. Hector is a public speaker, dog trainer, and author - and he knows how to get your attention.
Hector brought his dog, Malo, in for the presentation. Malo was very well behaved and took his job very seriously. As you will see in the below in the photos and the video, a couple of employees even got to do some 1:1 training with him.
