The Member Care Department at the Lake has been getting some awesome training from Distribution System Engineer Jordan Keene. His training began with a PowerPoint virtual tour training to explain some different types of meters and solar – net metering accounts. While he not only came up with examples, he also added some fun and trivia questions. At the end of his training, he gifted those in training little duck figurines that his daughter had made.
The Member Care Department that participated in the training would like to thank Jordan for his dedication to the training and for the sweet keepsake from his daughter.
